Hydrogen Plant located in Ontario California. Project consisted of combining two individual plants into one location, with a design build to accommodate staff into one facility.
Kid's Empire
Tenant improvement for the first ever Kid’s Empire in the nation. Included raising roof structure with HSS steel, 5500 sq. ft. from an inside elevation of 18 ft. to a new inside elevation of 26 ft.
Jeunique
HSS retro remodel and tenant improvement located in Walnut California. 75,000 sq. ft. Second level mezzanine with seismic load removal.
